Please understand that the "Terms of Use" are provided for both your protection and mine; they are written to clarify the terms under which the images contained within this collection may be used. These terms are legally binding.

Linkware & Free Images/Content

  1. Only the graphics specified within the collection are permitted to be downloaded, uploaded or placed in another directory; all images that comprise the site itself are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the artist and may not be reproduced by any method including screen captures and/or downloads.

  2. Should you choose to use any graphics found on this site, whether a complete set or individual image, you must use a linking logo and/or this copyright tag ~ (click image to download) and correct referring link within the same page that the image(s) appear. This is not negotiable. Using this logo and link is part of the copyright. A text link is also permitted in place of a logo or use one of my banners here.

  3. You may not use any of the images within the linkware collection to create filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, fonts or other current/future software plugins.

  4. Images within the linkware collection are not to be placed in any online collection or archive; in addition, no images are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media.

  5. Please load the images to your own server or web site directory. Please do not link directly to my images. If you are unsure how to load to your own directory, please consult the upload data on the site service you are using.

  6. Please refrain from using the linkware collection within pages promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse and/or illegal pornographic activities.

  7. If for any reason I request that the images from the linkware collection be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this request.
